The arrangements on the house sale was to make payments through the five years with the remainder of 
$20,000 at the end of the term. 

Through the years they have made payments two and three months ahead and have paid the balance of the
$20,000 six months ahead of the schedule time.

            Then we met Camille and Mark and contact with them has been pretty seamless. I really had great communication with Camille.
